Product Marketing Manager

Make is a leading visual platform for designing, building, and automating anything without coding skills. We're headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, and have teams across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India, and Chile.

We're expanding our product marketing capabilities and seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on researching and developing targeted value propositions, enabling commercial teams, and leading go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their challenges, needs, and wants.
  • Craft segment-specific value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Enable commercial teams with tools and materials that effectively communicate our value throughout the customer journey.
  • Partner with product and commercial teams to launch new solutions, driving awareness and acquisition among prospective and existing customers.
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap by partnering closely with Product, informed by market and audience insights.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B technology business.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of product marketing, with a particular focus on creating segment-specific value propositions, personas, and messaging.
  • Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Skilled at driving cross-functional teams against shared goals.
  • Naturally strong communicator - both written and verbal with strong stakeholder management skills.
