Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our Global Legal team, you will have the opportunity to enhance your commercial knowledge and thrive in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Legal Document Drafting and Review: Responsible for drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including business contracts and compliance documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Business Negotiations: Represent the company in business negotiations with clients and suppliers, ensuring that transaction terms comply with regulations and align with the company's interests.
- Company Compliance: Provide support in company compliance, especially with regulations such as GDPR.
- Legal Research: Possesses strong legal research skills, efficiently obtaining and understanding relevant legal information to provide robust support for decision-making.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support to the legal team and create and align processes.
- 1-3 years of experience as a qualified commercial lawyer, preferably in SaaS/Tech companies.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Italian) are advantageous.
- Previous experience or keen interest in legal operations.
- Very positive mindset.
