The Technical Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the EMEA region. This role requires a strong technical expertise in personal care product formulation, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical expertise in the EMEA region, driving business objectives and creating new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new products.
- Develop and enhance technical relationships with customers, understanding their strategic direction and introducing the Elementis value proposition.
- Drive product innovation, ensuring market needs and regulatory standards are met.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams and customers.
- Identify and line-up new business opportunities in line with the business strategy.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the personal care industry.
- Advanced computer software capabilities, including MS Office.
- Fluent in English, with additional European languages a plus.
- Home office based, with up to 50% travel required.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Cosmetic Science or related field.
