Job Title: Transportation Systems Functional Analyst

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Transportation Systems Functional Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you'll have the opportunity to showcase technical expertise, hands-on capabilities, and leadership skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring Amazon network configuration meets standards
  • Collaborating with Transportation teams, Product Managers, and SDEs to design, develop, and improve processes
  • Mitigating issues impacting the network, providing short-term mitigations and long-term action plans
  • Analyzing the impact of potential disruptions in the system and designing levers for prevention or faster resolution
  • Documenting system improvements required for customer experience enhancement
  • Interacting with tech teams to drive and improve systems and processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid SQL skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and prioritize multiple concurrent projects
  • Proven analytical thinking with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization
Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Transportation, or another technical field
  • Supply Chain experience
  • Python knowledge and previous Quality Assurance experience
  • Amazon logistics network knowledge
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience
