About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Configuration and Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards in the network configuration and quality assurance processes.
  2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work alongside our Transportation teams, Product Managers, and SDEs to design, develop, and improve processes while enhancing the purchase experiences of Amazon users.
  3. Issue Mitigation and Resolution: Mitigate issues impacting the network, providing short-term mitigations and working on long-term action plans to structurally address them.
  4. System Improvements and Documentation: Scope and document system improvements required for customer experience enhancement.
  5. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Interact with tech teams for driving and improving systems and processes, and interact with operations stakeholders to improve their customer experience.
  6. Knowledge Sharing and Documentation: Document quality engineering processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain a robust knowledge base.
  7. Operational Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve operational issues, perform detailed root cause analysis, and respond to suggestions for enhancements.
  8. On-Call Support: Participate in the on-call rotation, providing support to the operations teams.
A Day in the Life

This position combines tactical and strategic responsibilities as you step up to lead new programs. You will collaborate daily with stakeholders across multiple organizations to resolve system and network issues with short and long-term solutions. Working with your team and internal partners, you will invent and develop system and process improvements that deliver new business value, improve customer experience, and increase team productivity, speed, and quality.

  3. Advanced SQL and Excel Proficiency
  4. Analytical Thinking in Decision-Making and Prioritization
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Transportation, or Another Technical Field
  2. Supply Chain Experience
  3. Logistic Network Knowledge
  4. Lean/Six Sigma Experience
  5. Experience in Continuous Improvement Processes
  6. Proven Experience in Quality Assurance
