Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Alternative Funds Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing fund orders, liaising with fund houses and counterparties, and monitoring fund prices and market movements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process fund orders and ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Liaise with fund houses and counterparties to resolve issues and queries
  • Monitor fund prices and market movements
  • Maintain and update fund data and documentation
  • Provide support and guidance to clients on the use of Allfunds' dealing services and tools
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in fund dealing, fund operations, fund administration or a similar role for alternative funds
  • A good knowledge of the fund industry, fund structures, regulations and market practices in alternative investments
  • A strong attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
  • A proactive, problem-solving and client-oriented attitude
  • A fluent level of English, written and spoken. Fluent Spanish will be positively valued
