Alternative Funds Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Alternative Funds Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing fund orders, liaising with fund houses and counterparties, and maintaining fund data and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-Day Operations: Process fund orders, ensure timely and accurate execution, and resolve any issues or queries related to fund dealing.
- Liaising with Fund Houses and Counterparties: Collaborate with fund houses, distributors, custodians, and other counterparties to resolve any issues or queries related to fund dealing.
- Maintaining Fund Data and Documentation: Monitor fund prices, market movements, corporate actions, and other relevant information, and maintain and update fund data and documentation in internal systems and platforms.
- Client Support: Provide support and guidance to clients on the use of Allfunds' dealing services and tools.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams within Allfunds to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Education: Degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in fund dealing, fund operations, fund administration, or a similar role for alternative funds.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of the fund industry, fund structures, regulations, and market practices in alternative investments.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency, proactive, problem-solving, and client-oriented attitude.
- Language: Fluent level of English, written and spoken. Fluent Spanish will be positively valued.
