About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Allfunds Alternative Solutions team. As a Fund Operations Expert, you will be responsible for processing fund orders, liaising with fund houses and counterparties, and providing support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process fund orders from clients and ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Liaise with fund houses, distributors, custodians, and other counterparties to resolve issues or queries.
  • Monitor fund prices, market movements, corporate actions, and other relevant information.
  • Maintain and update fund data and documentation in internal systems and platforms.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients on the use of Allfunds' dealing services and tools.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a link between Client Services and Allfunds Alternative Solutions division to understand clients' needs for Alternative Investments.
  • Participate in the design of new IT developments for Alternative Investments.
