We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Pricing Expert to join our Pricing Expert Unit Team of Customer Interactions and Monetization at ING. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Pricing strategy and decisions for Retail products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for all ING Spain's retail banking products and services to create a competitive edge in the market and support profitable growth.
- Support specific pricing actions, both in business as usual and in promotions decisions, to ensure commercial goals are met while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Provide pricing tools and expertise to business tribes to enable them to make informed pricing decisions, while ensuring alignment with established foundations.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to build capabilities and tools to understand customer behavior and preferences.
- Analyze and identify opportunities to maximize customer value using pricing as a lever, and develop strategies to grow the Mobile Primary Bank base and develop new segments.
- Foresee technical requirements to create a pricing and customer development platform that boosts efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements
- A combination of outstanding analytical skills and pragmatic thinking to deliver impact on customers and bank results.
- A solid base of finance and risk knowledge to propose and make informed decisions.
- A helicopter view of bank activities to connect Finance and Product areas.
- Seniority to challenge and influence decisions, with the ability to think strategically and drive change.
- Knowledge of internal ING data and tools to exploit it.
- Ambition to grow personally and move the pricing role forward in the bank, using feedback as a powerful tool.
