Job Title: HR Administrator

At DHL Supply Chain, we are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support in HR area, including employment contracts, payroll, absenteeism, training actions, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Prepare and provide accurate and timely information and data on HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Run recruitment processes and provide support in this area when required.
  • Collaborate in different HR projects, such as annual HR plans, communications plans, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure all personnel files are maintained properly and process required permissions to access the working center.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role at an HR department.
  • Previous experience in recruitment.
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, or similar.
  • Proficient or advanced level of Microsoft Package, mainly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Desirable knowledge of Meta4.
  • Strong Team Player.
