As a Technical Instructor at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences to customers, partners, and employees worldwide. Our comprehensive curriculum and training programs are designed to elevate skill sets and drive success in roles ranging from technical platform architects to application-specific business analysts.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver training programs in a primarily virtual environment with potential on-site travel
• Maintain and strengthen training delivery expertise and technical product knowledge
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to refine and maintain the training program
• Participate in initiatives that support Veeva's business goals and improve learner experience
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in coaching and delivering technical enterprise software training
• Effective presentation skills in various formal settings
• Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles and training evaluation
• Excellent verbal, reading, and writing ability in English
Nice to Have
• Experience with relational databases
• Life sciences experience or experience with products and/or processes related to Life Sciences
