Compensation Consultant

Acronis is a global leader in cyber protection, providing innovative solutions that safeguard data and applications across any environment. We're seeking a seasoned Compensation Consultant to join our Human Resources Center of Excellence team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement competitive pay ranges across the globe for all departments within the Company.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to benchmark salaries and ensure our compensation practices are aligned with industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with global, national, and local compensation regulations and labor laws.
  • Lead job evaluation processes to determine appropriate pay levels for new and existing positions.
  • Maintain accurate compensation data and documentation, and provide reporting and analysis when required.
Requirements
  • 5 years of compensation experience.
  • Experience evaluating compensation programs and developing recommendations to meet business objectives.
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices.
  • Fluent English both written and verbal.
  • Strong internal customer focus with a desire to learn all aspects of the business.
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and a never give up attitude.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
