Job Title: Global Compensation Specialist

At Havas Media Group Spain, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation policies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate compensation processes, including salary planning, bonus planning, and new benefits introduction.
  • Design and develop compensation policies that promote internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Analyze remuneration schemes and prepare reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Develop and track variable remuneration schemes.
  • Closely cooperate with external compensation consulting companies.
  • Lead and manage compensation projects for the entire organization.
  • Train line managers on HR and compensation policies.
  • Job valuations using multiple methodologies.
  • Define dashboards and reports to analyze HR data and extract meaningful insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business English.
  • Specialized training or certification in compensation and benefits programs is desirable.
  • Previous experience in compensation and benefits within multinational environments is advantageous.
