Job Title: Global Compensation

At Havas Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and developing compensation policies, analyzing remuneration schemes, and coordinating C&B processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop compensation policies and procedures
  • Analyze and report on internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Coordinate C&B processes, including salary planning and bonus planning
  • Develop and track variable remuneration schemes
  • Manage relationships with external compensation consulting companies
  • Lead and manage compensation projects for the entire organization
  • Train line managers on HR and compensation policies
  • Conduct job valuations using multiple methodologies
  • Develop dashboards and reports to analyze HR data
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in business English
  • Specialized training or certification in compensation and benefits programs is desirable
  • Experience in compensation and benefits within multinational environments is advantageous
