About the Role

As a Senior Sourcing Analyst at Amadeus, you will play a crucial role in driving cost savings and improving sourcing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Service Vendor Management Practice
  • Establish and maintain vendor governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and business objectives.
  • Monitor vendor performance, financial accuracy, and service quality to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor risks through audits and mitigation plans.
  • Foster effective relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams through vendor onboarding, collaboration, and issue resolution.
Sourcing Management
  • Participate in Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for IT products and services.
  • Support the contracting and renewal of Sourcing requests by ensuring Digital Transformation Services (DTS) expectations on contractual provisions are met.
  • Act as a liaison between the Purchasing department and business stakeholders, providing guidance on Purchasing processes and managing issues and escalations.
Sourcing Governance
  • Implement and maintain a strategic sourcing process for IT services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and enforce sourcing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Manage vendor risks, conduct audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in IT procurement or sourcing. Your ideal profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, information technology, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing.
  • Proficient in English, both written and oral.
  • Advanced knowledge of Sharepoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Governance (CoBIT), Sourcing/outsourcing (eSCM/IAOP), and Financial management (Budget planning) frameworks/methodologies.
  • Strong numerical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
