About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in Spain, providing expert guidance and support to people managers across multiple corporate businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your knowledge of labor law, consulting skills, and experience in HR policy implementation to drive exceptional customer and employee experiences.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR generalist functions, including change management, performance improvement processes, disciplinary procedures, and talent management. You will work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Employee Services teams to provide high-quality consultation, guidance, and solutions that align with Amazon's policies and employment laws. As a strategic partner, you will contribute to standardizing best practices across EMEA and staying informed about legislative updates and company policies.

Responsibilities
* Provide guidance on change management initiatives, performance improvement processes, and complex employee issues* Facilitate development sessions to build manager effectiveness and capability* Support leaders through Talent Management and Annual Compensation processes* Identify training opportunities to develop functional and leadership skills* Stay informed about legislative updates and utilize written skills to update policy documents* Participate or lead subject matter expert groups to improve key HR processes* Contribute to country-level policy compliance and implementation

Requirements
This role requires a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. You should possess a deep understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. As a strategic partner, you will be able to navigate complex situations, build trust, and deliver high-quality results. We offer a competitive salary of approximately €65,000 per annum, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and career growth opportunities.
