About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Development Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our generative AI (genAI) applications efforts with partners in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard key SaaS/ISV partners and leading SIs developing leading genAI applications on AWS in the AWS Partner Network (APN).
  • Bring the right applications providers to the genAI competency and provide thought leadership to the ISV & Start-up teams on whitespace opportunities for partners based on apps/solutions supply versus use case demand.
  • Develop and execute joint solution strategies, go-to-market plans, and enablement programs with partners to drive adoption of AWS genAI.
  • Collaborate with AWS internal teams, including partner managers, solution architects, sales, product, BD, marketing, and solution teams, to align and enable the partner ecosystem.
  • Continuously identify and pursue growth opportunities for the genAI applications partner ecosystem, staying ahead of market trends and customer demands.
Requirements
  • Experience in partner ecosystem development, channel sales management, or business development in the technology/cloud services industry.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, and cloud-based applications.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and ability to engage and influence executives and decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
