About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) - G84. As a key member of our Partner Development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our strategic partnerships in the EMEA market and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage partner relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on partner development and strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in partner development, sales, or business development in the software/technology industry.
  • Strong business and technical acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • Strong consultative customer-facing and persuasion skills.
  • Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and program management skills, with a focus on delivering scalable programs supporting hundreds of customers.
  • Fluent in German and English.
