About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded SAP S4 HANA Functional Consultant based in LATAM to join our team at Seidor Group.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the pre-sales phase, working closely with the Sales team and clients to understand their business needs and design tailored SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Crafting and Executing S4 Presentations and Demos: Ensure they communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions paired with the Seidor service offering, especially to high-level executives.
  2. Fundamental in Weaving Customer Pain Points into Innovative Narratives: Highlighting SEIDOR's solution-offering primarily focused but not limited to S4 Public Cloud.
  3. Create an Asset Library for Efficient, Low-Touch Processes and Demos:
  4. Leading Discovery Sessions with Potential Clients: Understanding their unique requirements.
  5. Shaping Customer Roadmaps for Their Transition to Cloud Environments: Providing vital support in RFx completion.
  6. Ensure Smooth Handover Post-Sale to the Seidor Delivery Hubs:
  7. Create Proposals and ROM Pricings in Close Collaboration with the Seidor Delivery Hubs:
  8. Continuously Improve the Assets and Processes to Ensure Scale of the Seidor Pre-Sales Team:

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or computer engineering is required.
  2. Specialist in S/4HANA, ideally Cloud, public edition space.
  3. Experience in two or more of the following areas: Core finance, Finance operations (including Addons), Financial close & consolidations with 2+ years of relevant presales or background in operational and corporate finance end-to-end business processes.
  4. SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition ERP solution knowledge.
  5. Strong customer and quality focus.
  6. Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated.
  7. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.
  8. Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong collaborative and problem resolution skills with good leadership, diplomacy, decision making and analytical skills.
  10. Be a "roll up your sleeves" contributor and able to quickly adapt concepts and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
