About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded SAP S4 HANA RISE Technical Consultant to join our team at Seidor Group. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in engaging with prospective clients to demonstrate the technical capabilities and benefits of SAP S4 HANA RISE solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for technical and architectural discussions with clients during the sales cycle.
  2. Develop a transformation roadmap for SAP solutions in SAP S4 HANA RISE.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on all technological aspects of SAP RISE conversions and upgrades.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, and migration path.
  5. Understand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtualization technologies.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of professional experience in SAP Basis/HANA technology and in-depth knowledge of basic SAP technologies.
  2. Technical migration, S/4HANA system conversion, and upgrade planning & execution experience.
  3. Hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, or GCP) experience and ideally certifications with one hyperscaler.
  4. Expertise in downtime minimization tools and technologies is a plus.
  5. Willingness to travel to clients for migration project-related discussions to run technical workshops.
  6. Experience in working with offshore/nearshore delivery CoEs is a plus.
  7. Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team.
  8. Strong customer and quality focus.
  9. Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated.
  10. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.
  11. Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Strong collaborative and problem resolution skills with good leadership, diplomacy, decision-making, and analytical skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual targeted compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000 (USD). This range includes annual base salary and variable incentive compensation and may vary based on qualifications & experience.
