Specialist - Billing Coordinator

Cencora is seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Sales department to maintain tariffs for client billing needs.
- Procure necessary information and paperwork for updating customer files for special rates, routings, packaging, and discounts.
- Interact with inter-departmental associates and management to capture related costs for billing accuracy.
- Prepare adjustments (voids/credit memos) when necessary and communicate with other offices.
- Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar fields, typically obtained through a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Less than one year of directly related experience, with SAP experience preferred.
- Effective communication in English, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with global geographical locations and airport codes.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, requiring 2 days of on-site work and 3 days of remote work.
