YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service and billing expert to become part of the Order to Cash team within our Global Finance Operations Department at our headquarters. As a Billing Coordinator, you will be fully accountable for the entire billing cycle for assigned portfolios of accounts.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately generate invoices and process payments in a timely manner. Handle credit and debit adjustments as required. Update and maintain billing records and master data as necessary. Ensure the integrity of accounting data by monitoring and implementing control measures. Collaborate closely and proactively with other departments and local teams; resolve all billing and payment inquiries within established service level agreements. Thoroughly and accurately maintain and update billing documentation in line with departmental guidelines. Establish effective backup support processes (cross-training and knowledge transfer) to guarantee seamless support for all portfolio matters; ensure adequate coverage during absences. Assist with reconciliations and support month-end closing activities. Contribute to identifying process enhancements. Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING
A minimum of 3 years' experience in billing and/or Accounts Receivable. At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support. A keen eye for detail and accuracy is essential. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines. Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment; a true team player. Excellent organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative. Hands-on experience with a leading ERP system—SAP experience is advantageous. Advanced proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is desirable.
