**Job Summary**

Amerisourcebergen is seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining tariffs for client billing needs, procuring necessary information for updating customer files, and interacting with inter-departmental associates and management to ensure billing accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with the Sales department to maintain tariffs for client billing needs
  • Procure all necessary information and paperwork for updating customer files
  • Interact with inter-departmental associates and management to ensure billing accuracy
  • Prepare adjustments (voids/credit memos) as necessary
  • Communicate globally with other offices

**Requirements:**

  • Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences
  • Completion of a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Less than one (1) year directly related experience
  • SAP experience preferred

**Skills and Abilities:**

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with global geographical locations and airport codes
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel

**Work Environment:**

The work environment is generally quiet to moderate, with 75% or more time spent looking directly at a computer. The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, or otherwise be mobile.
