Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Sales department to maintain tariffs for client billing needs.
- Procure necessary information and paperwork for updating customer files for special rates, routings, packaging, and discounts.
- Interact with inter-departmental associates and management to capture related costs for billing accuracy.
- Prepare adjustments (voids/credit memos) when necessary.
- Communicate globally with other offices.
- Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations.
- Completion of a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Less than one year of directly related experience.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Effective communication in English, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with global geographical locations and airport codes.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Basic life insurance, personal accident insurance, business travel accident insurance, and EAP resources.
- Country-specific benefits such as healthcare, sick leave, death and disability, retirement, and perks and allowances.
- Full-time position.
- Location: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat- Barcelona (2 days a week onsite, 3 days from home).
- Salary: 24k euros gross annually + bonus.
