Job Summary:

The Debt Asset Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the debt asset portfolio for Clean Energy Infrastructure, ensuring effective risk management and maximizing long-term returns for investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Risk Management: Monitor and assess the risk of the portfolio, including financial risk assessments, financial model updates, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Reporting and Oversight: Oversee regular reporting from securitization vehicles and servicers, and assess the performance of the asset and underlying loan portfolios.
  • Legal and Commercial Coordination: Direct legal counsel on ad-hoc project matters, such as default recovery, and coordinate with delegated financial and commercial representatives.
  • Cash Management: Focus on protecting value for the assets and generating maximum long-term returns for investors.
  • Asset Operating Models: Develop and manage asset operating models to ensure effective portfolio management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage regular deliverables to internal stakeholders, including asset reporting packs, financial return projections, and risk assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in financial services or risk management.
  • Experience with asset-backed securities, structured finance, or credit funds.
  • Desirable experience in investment/portfolio risk management, project finance documentation, and financial control in fund management or corporate.
  • Relevant experience or interest in the power industry or sustainability.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with additional European languages desirable.

Requirements:

  • Solid financial toolkit, including model management, financial statement analysis, and deal structuring.
  • Strong academic background, with an excellent degree.
  • Certifications such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or CFA desirable.
