Job Title: Strategic Office Administrator

Location: Our rapidly growing Barcelona office offers a unique opportunity to be part of an international team with a hybrid work schedule.

About the Role: As a key member of the People and Culture department, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional support to employees and management across the organization. This is a hands-on role that demands creativity, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Maintain a welcoming, safe, and clean workspace, handling maintenance, repairs, mail, and inventory management.
  • HR Administration: Safeguard sensitive employee information, manage employee documents, and provide general administrative assistance.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, posting feedback, and onboarding new employees, coordinating resources with IT and other departments.
  • Event Planning: Organize office events, book venues, and schedule deliveries.
  • Employee Benefits: Manage benefits, perform audits, and ensure accurate enrollments.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need a University degree, at least two years of experience in office administration or management, proficiency in Office 365, and fluency in Spanish and English (B2 level). Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are also essential.
