Job Overview

Fever for Business (F4B) is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to the growth of our department. As a key player in this role, you will identify and qualify potential clients, generate outbound leads, and support Account Managers (AMs) in expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the target market. Utilize various channels for lead generation, including email campaigns, social media, online platforms, and industry events.
  • Outbound Sales: Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to AMs for further engagement.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the F4B Ops team to understand tools and technologies that enhance efficiency. Communicate effectively with AMs for a seamless transition of qualified leads.

About You

  • Native/Advanced German speaker with 1-3 years of previous experience in a sales development or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and geographically distributed team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
