Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team, focusing on Acute Care. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct in-depth market research to understand the EMEA Acute Care environment, identifying key drivers and success factors to inform high-quality decision-making.

Strategy Development and Implementation

Collaborate with the EMEA leadership team to define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Acute Care, aligning with the global strategy and business objectives.

Go-to-Market Model Development

Co-design and implement go-to-market models with the EMEA leadership team and local markets to ensure effective product launches and market growth.

Product Launch and Implementation

Drive the launch and implementation of key products, strategies, and projects to achieve business impact and results.

KPI Development and Monitoring

Propose and monitor aligned KPIs for Acute Care, coordinating corrective actions to ensure business objectives are met.

Pricing Strategy

Develop and implement EMEA pricing guidelines for Acute Care, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Cross-Country Learning and Alignment

Act as a catalyst for cross-country learning in Acute Care, ensuring robust alignment between Clinical Engagement, Commercial Excellence, Launch Excellence, Market Access, and digital activities.

KOL Strategy and Relationship Building

Collaborate with global marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Clinical Engagement to develop an EMEA KOL strategy, establishing and cultivating close relationships with key opinion leaders across EMEA.

Business Case Development and Implementation

Co-design and challenge local business cases, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.

M&A Support

Provide high-quality input to M&A activities in the Acute Care EMEA region.

Requirements

  1. Education

Bachelor's degree and an MBA or Business Master's is desirable.

Experience

Substantial (+10 years) experience and a proven track record in marketing and sales within the medical device industry.

Industry Knowledge

Experience in working with surgical products and surgeons.

Cultural Competence

Well-versed in working in an international/global position.

Travel Requirements

Open to frequent travel within EMEA.
