Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Consultant to support multi-country payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience with project management methodologies, strong communication and cross-cultural skills, and technical knowledge to set up global platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation Management: Conduct global kick-off calls, create project charters, roll-out plans, and project plans for all countries in scope, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  2. Client Management: Ensure clients respect implementation windows as per contract agreements, maintain accurate billing information, and provide responsive feedback to management and senior leadership.
  3. Payroll Configuration: Configure regulatory settings in the global ADP platform, develop, test, and optimize global solutions according to client specifications, and ensure correct invoicing processes.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Organize and support meetings with key stakeholders to review project status and discuss issues, provide status reporting, and offer action plans and issue resolution as needed.
  5. Training and Support: Train clients through online demonstrations using our payroll technology, serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, invoicing, and fulfillment regarding client-impacting issues, and relay pertinent payroll information to global partners.
  6. Problem-Solving: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving skills to seek alternative solutions.

  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze client organizations, develop and optimize global solutions, and ensure correct invoicing processes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
