Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Consultant to support multi-country payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience with project management methodologies, strong communication and cross-cultural skills, and technical knowledge to set up a global platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Liaison: Act as the client's privileged contact in the implementation process, working closely with Adp's global partners to analyze and implement payroll regulations in accordance with legislation and guarantee the highest level of service.
  2. Technical Analysis: Perform analysis activities to define the required technical specifications of the information system that meet customer configuration needs.
  3. Project Coordination: Conduct global kickoff calls, create project charters, rollout plans, and project plans for all countries in scope, ensuring that all milestones and timelines are respected by the client and in-country partners.
  4. Implementation Management: Ensure the client respects the implementation window as per the contract agreement.
  5. Tool Maintenance: Keep all related tools constantly updated and ensure billing information is accurate for proper invoicing.
  6. Global Implementation: Assist with the global implementation process, working closely with Adp's global partners.
  7. Client Analysis: Analyze the client's organization (information channel, interface, etc.).
  8. Platform Configuration: Configure regulatory settings in the global Adp platform (CGC).
  9. Solution Development: Develop, test, and optimize the global solution according to customer specifications, ensuring all steps are followed in the system for correct invoicing.
  10. Stakeholder Management: Organize and support meetings with key stakeholders as needed to review project status, discuss, and review issues.
  11. Status Reporting: Provide status reporting and responsive feedback to management and senior leadership.
  12. Action Planning: Provide action plans and issue resolution as appropriate.
  13. Payroll Expertise: Explain payroll (compensation, benefits, etc.) and its financial implications to clients.
  14. Country-Specific Guidance: Clearly explain country-specific payroll issues to clients with the help of in-country partners.
  15. Training and Support: Train clients through online demonstrations using Adp's payroll technology.
  16. Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, invoicing, and fulfillment regarding client-impacting issues throughout implementation.
  17. Financial Review: Review Excel documents and verify figures using basic accounting knowledge.
  18. Communication: Relay pertinent payroll information to Adp's global partners in a timely manner.
  19. Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  20. Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  21. Adaptability: Ability to problem-solve and seek alternative solutions.
  22. Travel: Travel to client locations when required.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
