**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Salesforce team at Materialise NV. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our IT department and business stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and business stakeholders, developing a trusting relationship through regular communication and transparency.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of relevant business processes and work closely with business stakeholders to gain and support their domain-specific processes.
- Cultivate awareness of current and future business needs, identifying and addressing possible IT and automation implications.
- Leverage your understanding of current automation of CPQ, billing, and eCommerce business processes, gaining sufficient knowledge of our current automation from end to end.
- Analyze business needs, identifying requirements through regular communication with business stakeholders and eliciting requirements efficiently via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, interviews, and documentation.
- Translate business needs into business requirements documentation and make specifications of detailed functional requirements in user stories.
- Support training by developing training materials relevant for business stakeholders related to our CPQ automation, billing, or eCommerce implementations.
- Perform Salesforce CPQ, billing, or eCommerce configuration when a solution can be provided without customization/coding.
- Ensure that the validation process allows us to assess the value delivered by the solution, supporting E2E testing prior to UAT testing and coordinating testing activities.
- Support business in the validation process, acting as an expert regarding system functionality and post-implementation support, solving production bugs, analysis, and implementation of evolution CRs in close contact with key users, internal technical specialists, and external IT partner(s).
**Requirements**
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, billing, and eCommerce business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze business needs and identify requirements.
- Experience with business requirements documentation and user story creation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build positive relationships with team members.
