Trigyn Technologies is seeking a highly skilled ICT Associate - Solution Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions to meet the organizational business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to identify and define business needs and opportunities.
- Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and design documents for technology solutions that meet the identified requirements.
- Participate in the evaluation of technology products, solutions, and vendors, and make recommendations for scalable, secure solutions that are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Support the management of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor and support the implementation, testing, and validation of digital solutions.
- Ensure that solutions comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Adoption, Training, and Support team to train users on digital platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Prepare and present design and implementation documentation to stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports and ensure timely submission, in line with project requirements and client procedures and standards.
- University degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, economics, statistics, or related field with five years of relevant professional experience.
- Diploma/Completed High School degree with seven years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience in ICT roles, such as systems analysis, software development, network administration, or IT support.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ICT solutions.
- Experience in managing ICT projects, including planning, executing, and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
- Experience delivering software with SCRUM framework.
- Experience with system integration and understanding of enterprise architecture.
- Experience with agile development and strong understanding of DevOps principles.
- Familiarity with configuration management, test-driven development, and release management.
- Experience with incident management.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex requirements and design effective solutions.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and desire to learn new languages and technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English is required (oral and written). A working knowledge of one additional language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) is also required.
