Job Title: ICT Associate

Job Summary:

Trigyn Technologies is seeking an experienced ICT Associate to join our team. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for streamlining our software development lifecycle, improving developer productivity, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline software development lifecycle by identifying automation opportunities and productivity barriers.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand current build and release processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Streamline processes across cross-functional teams, including development, operations, quality assurance, and security.
  • Provide guidance to development teams to improve the performance and operability of solutions.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity, agility, and code quality.
  • Develop and continuously improve automation solutions to enable teams to build and deploy code efficiently and consistently.
  • Create and maintain resource provisioning scripts or Infrastructure as Code.
  • Integrate DevOps with security practices and standards to ensure strong DevSecOps is followed by product teams.
  • Ensure systems meet business and customer needs for reliability and availability.
  • Monitor and manage application performance and service quality, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root causes, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues.
  • Prepare and present design and implementation documentation to multiple stakeholders.
  • Promote DevOps principles and culture across the unit.

Requirements:

  • University degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, economics, statistics, or related field with five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Diploma/Completed High School degree with seven years of relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum five years of relevant DevOps and software engineering experience.
  • Experience developing CI/CD workflows and tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and technologies such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform, etc.
  • Experience with development platforms such as Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
  • Experience delivering software with the SCRUM framework.
  • Experience in configuration management, test-driven development, and release management.
  • Experience with agile development and a strong understanding of DevOps principles.
  • Experience with distributed systems communicating via APIs and/or Message Queues.
  • Experience with feature-driven software delivery.
  • Experience with incident management.

Skills:

  • Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages (Java, C#, SQL, MS Dynamics 365, MS Power Platform, and Azure Integration platform).
  • Strong automation scripting skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and experience.
  • Ability to investigate and analyze information, and to draw conclusions.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and desire to learn new languages and technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Language:

Fluency in English is required (oral and written). Working knowledge of Spanish or French is an advantage.
