Job Description:

Trigyn Technologies has a contractual opportunity for an ICT Associate (Integration Engineer). This resource will be working at our client site in Valencia, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development of a strategy and partner with delivery teams to design, develop, and maintain efficient and high-quality integrations connecting data, applications, and third parties that support business processes and customer needs.
  2. Monitor and analyze existing integrations to improve their performance and efficiency.
  3. Be accountable for the integration and delivery of sustainable ICT systems and solutions to support program and project delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Provide recommendations on complex systems analysis, design, integration, and implementation, and analyze business and customer requirements to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve efficiencies and processes through integration.
  2. Coordinate the delivery of integrated and sustainable ICT solutions of significant importance or major components of complex systems.
  3. Support the design and implementation of integration flows and enhancements, including APIs and/or file-based integrations. Produce technical reference documentation to be used as guides.
  4. Partner with development and design teams to support and provide oversight in designing and developing integration solutions and prototypes.
  5. Coordinate requirements gathering and specification processes, feasibility analysis, architecture, and development, management plan, and risk mitigation.
  6. Determine, conduct, and automate unit tests, integration tests, load tests, and performance tests, including facilitating set-up of test data and accounts.
  7. Participate in the development of plans for feasibility assessment, requirements specification, design, development, and implementation, including project plans, schedules, time, and cost estimates, metrics, and performance measures. Prepare and manage technical documentation and self-service resources on integrations.
  8. Proactively review integration performance and troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues to impacted teams and stakeholders.
  9. Use user and stakeholder feedback to guide the development of new products and integration enhancements. Identify the need for new systems, modifications to existing systems, or to respond to requests from clients.
  10. Participate in integration vendor and tool selection to meet business needs and support development team workflows.
  11. Promote a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve goals. Track and monitor project progress against plans, requirements, quality measures, standard processes; liaise with clients on all aspects and during all phases of development and implementation.
  12. Provide coaching and mentorship to junior integration engineers.
  13. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
  1. University degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, economics, statistics, or related field with five years of relevant professional experience.
  2. Diploma/Completed High School degree with seven years of relevant professional experience.
Experience:
  1. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience in planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of critical ICT systems is required.
  2. Experience delivering software with the SCRUM framework.
  3. Demonstrable experience in data integration and workflow scripting.
  4. Experience with system integration technologies (RESTful APIs, OAUTH 2.0, event brokers, data virtualization).
  5. Experience with integration platforms (Azure Services, Power Platform, MuleSoft, Boomi).
  6. Knowledge of ITIL processes. Familiarity with industry-standard technologies and systems such as Microsoft Windows, and Azure are required.
  7. Strong hands-on experience in writing unit tests.
  8. Strong knowledge of integration design and development processes (development, testing, debugging).
  9. Experience with distributed systems communicating via APIs and/or Message Queues.
  10. Experience with feature-driven software delivery.
  11. Proficiency with data modeling, manipulation, and distribution between applications.
  12. Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages (Java, C#, SQL, MS Dynamics 365, MS Power Platform, and Azure Integration platform).

  3. Ability to work under pressure, to change work plans if needed due to new priorities, to meet tight deadlines, shows persistence when faced with difficult problems or challenges and remain calm in stressful situations.
  4. Ability to convert business requirements to business processes and technical designs.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to work in a team-based setting and alone.
  7. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
  8. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.
Language Requirements:

External applicants for all positions in the Professional category are required to be proficient in English and have at least a working knowledge of one additional Language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish). For all applicants, fluency in English is required (oral and written).

Desirable:

Working knowledge of Spanish or French is desirable.
