Job Title: ICT Associate - Solution Designer

Trigyn Technologies is seeking a highly skilled ICT Associate - Solution Designer to join our team in Valencia, Spain.

Job Summary:

The ICT Associate - Solution Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions to meet the organizational business needs. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements, creating technical specifications, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders to identify and define business needs and opportunities.
  2. Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and design documents for technology solutions.
  3. Evaluate technology products, solutions, and vendors to recommend scalable, secure solutions aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  5. Support project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  6. Monitor and support the implementation, testing, and validation of digital solutions.
  7. Ensure solutions comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
  8. Support the Adoption, Training, and Support team to train users on digital platforms.
  9. Analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues.
  10. Prepare and present design and implementation documentation to stakeholders.
  11. Prepare project reports and ensure timely submission.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, economics, statistics, or a related field, with five years of relevant professional experience. Alternatively, a diploma or completed high school degree with seven years of relevant experience will be considered.

The candidate should have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in ICT roles, such as systems analysis, software development, network administration, or IT support. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ICT solutions, managing ICT projects, and delivering software with the SCRUM framework is highly desirable.

The candidate should be proficient in English and have a working knowledge of one additional language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish). Fluency in English is required for all applicants.

Working knowledge of Spanish or French is an advantage.
