OCA Global es un grupo internacional de capital privado con sede central en España, dedicado a las actividades de inspección, certificación, ensayos, consultoría y formación. Debido a nuestro crecimiento y expansión en OCA Global, empresa especializada en la provisión de servicios de consultoría a clientes multilaterales, públicos y privados en ámbitos de economía sostenible y baja en carbono, mitigación de cambio climático, energías renovables, necesitamos incorporar un/a Project Manager Economía Sostenible y Cambio Climático para el área de gestión de proyectos multilaterales, ubicado preferiblemente en Barcelona (Sant Cugat del Vallès), o bien en cualquier otra ciudad de España (Madrid, Sevilla, Málaga,..)

Funciones del Puesto
  • Planificar y coordinar el desarrollo de proyectos financiados por organismos multilaterales, incluyendo la definición de objetivos, la identificación de recursos necesarios, la elaboración de presupuestos y el establecimiento de hitos y plazos.
  • Liderar y supervisar a los equipos de trabajo, asegurándose de que se cumplan los plazos y objetivos establecidos.
  • Identificar y gestionar los riesgos asociados con los proyectos, y desarrollar planes de contingencia en caso de que sea necesario.
  • Coordinar con los proveedores y partners de consorcios para asegurar la disponibilidad de consultores, equipos y servicios necesarios para los proyectos.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de los proyectos, y asegurar que los costes se mantengan dentro del presupuesto acordado, con enfoque a mejorar presupuestos.
  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva y clara con los equipos de trabajo, clientes y otros interesados en los proyectos.
Requisitos del Puesto
  • Experiencia de trabajo en el ámbito de instituciones multilaterales.
  • Capacidad de gestión de tareas y proyectos con equipos internacionales y multiculturales.
  • Experiencia efectuando el seguimiento financiero de un proyecto (procesar facturas, cierres financieros mensuales, etc.).
  • Titulación del ámbito de Ciencias Económicas, Ciencias Políticas, Relaciones Internacionales, Ciencias Ambientales, Ingeniería Industrial u otros afines.
  • Se valorará universitarios con grado de Máster.
  • Experiencia previa de 5 años en un puesto igual o muy similar en el sector.
  • Idiomas: Español bilingüe o nativo, Inglés (mínimo B2 idealmente C1-C2). Se valorarán conocimientos en otros idiomas.

Horario

Lunes a jueves de 08:30 a 18:00 y viernes de 8:30 a 15:00. Agosto jornada intensiva. Todos los días previos a festivo, jornada intensiva.
