Training Manager for Transcatheter Mitral Therapies

As a Training Manager for Transcatheter Mitral Therapies, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering a best-in-class European Internal Training Program.

Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies business unit is pioneering a portfolio of technologies to address unmet clinical needs for patients with mitral and tricuspid heart valve disease. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to helping patients live longer and healthier lives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive training strategy and methodology for multiple curricula, leveraging education principles to increase competencies about technical content.
  • Continuously assess trainees' and team members' competencies, adapting delivery to achieve training standards and outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain training projects timelines, driving communication to stakeholders.
  • Objectively measure the effectiveness of educational tools, resources, and programs, leading the implementation of improvements.
  • Support training content creation and review, ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.
  • Manage new product launches, ensuring readiness in all Internal training aspects.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a health-related area, with 8 years' experience in the healthcare industry, or Master's Degree or equivalent in a health-related area, with 6 years' experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in a similar role in the industry, or as a Cardiac Physiologist, Echocardiographer, Cardiac Sonographer, etc.
  • Imaging - solid Echocardiography knowledge is mandatory, with imaging certification beneficial (TTE - transthoracic echocardiogram) or previous edge-to-edge therapy experience.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to execute trainings in English.
