**Job Summary**

Empresa reconocida is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment data reports, helping to analyze trends and inform strategic decisions.
  3. Support the creation and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for change.
  4. Conduct research to identify top talent and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  5. Coordinate logistics for Open Days and Career Fairs, ensuring seamless execution and a positive candidate experience.

Essential Qualifications and Knowledge:

  1. Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
