Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of all the Hotels (assets) in the assigned geographical area.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Leadership

Lead and direct daily hotel operations, including hotel yearly budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, and managing performance reviews.

Performance Improvement

Ensure and improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective methods and strategies.

Quality and Compliance

Oversee service quality level, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, SOPs, and service compliance, including financial measurements and auditing.

Team Management

Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly hotel managers and departmental managers, including providing supervision, professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and rewards.

Financial Management

Control operating expenses of hotel accounts and propose corrective initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis

Monitor P&L and STR reports, and analyze results to develop improvement action plans.

Strategic Planning

Update policies and procedures for hotels in the assigned geographical area in line with company strategy, and unify management systems criteria for all hotels in the assigned geographical area.

Audit and Improvement

Conduct audits of hotels in the assigned geographical area and set up improvement plans where needed together with the hotel director.

Talent Development

Identify and develop talents and work closely with the HR department.
