The Role

">

We're seeking a data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to streamline and optimize our marketing processes. As a key member of the Revenue operations team and in close collaboration with the Marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing systems that enhance operational efficiency, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Campaign Success: Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to enhance campaign performance and generate a strong inbound pipeline.
  • Unlock Insights: Analyze marketing data to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and customer acquisition funnels, sharing actionable recommendations with the team.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Maintain data integrity, quality, and segmentation of our inbound and self-serve leads to support targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Optimize Lead Strategies: Continuously improve lead generation, scoring, and nurturing programs to boost conversions.
  • Deliver Engaging Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and retaining customers, aligning with sales objectives.
