Digital Marketing Strategist for Travel Experiences

About the Role:
We're looking for someone with a solid background in digital marketing within the Travel/Hospitality industries, who can engage audiences and drive conversion through compelling content and targeted advertising campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a social media strategy to increase our brand's online presence and drive engagement.
- Creating and scheduling regular, engaging content tailored to each platform, reflecting our brand's voice and objectives.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies to drive innovative marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management preferably in the Travel/Hospitality industries. Paid Media experience will be considered.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Experience with content creation, from ideation to production, including graphic design and video editing skills.
- Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish and/or French native language is a must.
- Highly organized, creative, and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated passion for travel and a good understanding of the Travel/Hospitality industries.
