Your role will involve responsibility for the sales of Electrification products within a designated market (Murcia and Albacete), in line with the division strategy.

You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include implementing the sales management strategy of the residential-tertiary channel in the area, taking charge of clients, working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities, and collaborating directly with the product and marketing team.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business (Niessen) in Murcia.

  • Implementing the sales management strategy of the residential-tertiary channel in the area, including the defined KPIs.
  • Taking charge of clients in your area (Murcia, Albacete, and Alicante).
  • Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
  • Collaborating directly with the product and marketing team.

For this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales.
  • A technical engineering degree or FP in electricity.
  • Knowledge of low voltage products and the residential/tertiary installers market.
  • Wholesalers market knowledge is also valuable.
  • A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
