Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Gen Trade sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee overall area performance and development, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
  • Execute strategic sales plans, programs, and activities to meet specific targets under sales initiatives and the cost-to-sales (CTS) of each program/project.
  • Submit weekly highlight reports to the Gen Trade Tech Sales Supervisor, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Endorse operational issues of the support team, including Supply Chain, Credit, and Collection.
  • Develop new customers with the Gen Trade Tech Sales Supervisor, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Prepare weekly DES reports to be submitted to the Gen Trade Tech Sales Supervisor, providing detailed insights into sales performance.
  • Visit project accounts, conducting seminars and training to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Provide technical support to the Gen Trade sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Directly report to the Gen Trade Tech Sales Supervisor, receiving guidance and feedback on performance.
Requirements:
  • Full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of Php23,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month.
  • Benefits include company events, employee discount, free parking, on-site parking, opportunities for promotion, paid toll fees, paid training, pay raise, and promotion to permanent employee.
  • 8-hour shift with overtime, weekends, and supplemental pay.
