About the Role

Instructure, Inc. is a leading education technology company that empowers educators and learners to achieve their goals. We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to join our team in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to drive demand generation across multiple segments and geographies.
  • Collaborate with resellers to generate demand for Instructure products and services.
  • Identify, plan, and deliver owned and 3rd party events to engage with customers and prospects.
  • Leverage and localize campaigns by partnering with content and event teams across the globe.
  • Manage creative and event agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and to budget.
  • Develop and manage the campaign calendar for EMEA, working closely with stakeholders across the region to ensure a regular cadence of marketing activities.
Success Metrics
  • Campaign engagement metrics, including view-through rates, open rates, and click-through rates.
  • Demand funnel KPIs, including volume, conversion, velocity, and value.
  • Sourced and influenced pipeline and bookings.
  • Campaign ROI.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaigns, events, and/or content marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of SEO principles.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Understanding of how campaigns contribute to a multi-channel demand creation approach.
  • Experience with Drupal, Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics is a plus.
