Aircall Seeks Experienced Marketing Manager

Aircall, a leading provider of cloud-based phone systems, is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to drive field marketing initiatives in the Iberian and LATAM regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute field marketing plans that support regional sales strategy
  • Partner with the marketing team to create and execute 360° campaigns and integrated programs
  • Coordinate with local sales teams to build repeatable pipeline
  • Identify, plan, execute, and track regional programs, including brand events, partner events, and tradeshows
  • Drive and coordinate the creation of localized sales and demand enablement content
  • Analyze results, metrics, and report to the organization on program effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software or SaaS
  • Native Spanish speaker with experience marketing to other Spanish speakers
  • Expertise in the Iberian and LATAM SMB markets
  • Marketo and Salesforce knowledge (or similar tools)
  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative
  • Ability to get creative and resourceful in a startup/scaleup environment
