Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed systems, AWS Cloud services, and microservice architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, architect, maintain, and optimize software systems to ensure they are scalable, performant, and maintainable.
  • Work in a Scrum team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven services.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of software systems.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of one of the following languages: Java, Scala, TypeScript/Node.js.
  • Experience with AWS services (Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Api Gateway, AWS EC2, RDS, KDS, SQS, Codebuild).
  • Expertise in Domain Driven Design (DDD) and microservice architecture.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases, including query analysis, partitioning, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Expertise with Git and Jenkins/CodeBuild-based deployments.
  • Experience with performance optimization and test-driven development.
Nice-to-Have
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Experience implementing event-driven or queue-driven services.
