Key Responsibilities- Drive the design, development, and enhancement of core features and functionalities of our observability platform.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring a team of software engineers to achieve technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, researching and experimenting with innovative solutions.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in software development, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience as a technical lead for a team of at least 5 engineers.
- 8+ years of experience working as a software engineer in Java and/or Go with a strong computer science background.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software systems.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
