Over 3 years of experience leading successful engineering teams and collaborating closely with product managers in software product development. A strong passion for team development and individual growth. Proven experience in designing and developing distributed and scalable systems. Comprehensive understanding of software engineering best practices (coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing). Proficient in English, as you will be part of a multicultural team. Willingness to relocate to La Coruña - Galicia - Spain, with Visa sponsorship available. Selection Process Includes:
