Engineering Manager Lead

Job Responsibilities- Ensure value delivery to customers through rigorous planning, managing dependencies, risks, and team blockages proactively.
- Promote team care with direct responsibility for their health, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring professional growth of each member.
- Lead the development cycle, the evolution of teams and systems, optimizing their life cycle, defining team structures, and guiding selection and onboarding processes.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement: ensure optimal performance in production, identifying and leading quality improvements in the areas that require it.
- More than 3 years leading successful engineering teams and actively collaborating with product managers in the development of software products.
- Passion for team growth and individual development.
- Experience in development and design of distributed and scalable systems.
- In-depth knowledge of software engineering best practices (coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing).
- High level of English since you will be working with a multicultural team.
- Willingness to move to La Coruña - Galicia - Spain. We offer Visa Sponsor.
