About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Art Director to join our creative team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual ideas that convey the brand's messages, values, and personality. You will work closely with the Senior Creative Copywriter to develop innovative and effective campaigns across various sectors, including lifestyle, beauty, skincare, sexual health, and food and beverage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visual brand guidelines and templates
  • Supervise a small team of designers to ensure quality and development of art direction
  • Collaborate with the Senior Creative Copywriter to develop conceptual work and present to the Creative Director
  • Deliver high-complexity briefs and work in partnership with the Senior Creative Copywriter
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Senior Designer/Art Director in a digital agency or similar environment
  • Portfolio with successfully launched client projects and concepts across broadcast work, digital, social, and everything in between
  • Strong leadership abilities and capacity to guide and inspire the creative team
  • Good knowledge of key features within Adobe Cloud
  • Strong design, creativity, and strategy-based communication skills
  • Eager to learn and improve from new techniques and new tools
